Who is a great surgeon to reverse my ileostomy?

I had surgery when I was 8. I'm almost 47. I just heard I might be able to never wear a bag again. I'm ready. But I dont' know where to go or who to talk to about this. I've had absolutely no medical help since getting out of hospital after surgery. I've got a lot of catching up to do! But I'm so excited if this is really true. Is it possible when I've had my entire large intestine removed, to undo this!?
