Help with the name of the movie?

So as a kid I watched a movie. It's a horror movie and it has a scene with a guy who has this other guy on a table and he makes an incision on his stomach. Then he grabs the guys intestine and wraps it around a wind up mechanism and as he's winding it up, the jack in the box music plays. This is all I remember from this movie. Another scene showed a nude chick locked up in a tank of water. If I could get the name of this movie, it would mean alot.
