sorry, but you need to take him to the vet. call the local vets and explain your situation. perhaps they can offer reduced or free services to you. if you are on disability, unemployment benefits, food stamps, or any other welfare program, mention this to the vet. if no vets can help you (rather unlikely) take it to your local humane society.
