What's wrong with my brother?

My brother was complaining of pain in his bellybutton area so like his entire center of his stomach area. That was two weeks ago. Like two days ago he threw up and he has diarrhea and his stomach has hurt constantly, the pain, he said, is in the center of his body. So like where his intestines are. What's wrong with him?
