What do I do in this situation? (emergency type situation)?

I personally would save up my money and get that rabbit to a vet as soon as possible. That sounds so horrible... I don't know how it COULDN'T bother that poor little rabbit. I know it sounds like a lot, but I'm sure you will feel so good once you have done it. I can't really tell you anything else. Although, if you know anyone who's good with rabbits, then you could take the rabbit to him or her for them to check it out. And hey, it's free! If they think that it's something to be concerned about, then take the rabbit to the vet. Good luck, to you, the rabbit, and the family!
