Omg, it's crawling around in my bra!?

Oh my gosh. So I am just here on my laptop in the dark and all of a sudden a ladybug (which I thought was gone by now) flew in front of the screen and disappeared. I thought it went somewhere else, but now its crawling around under my bra. It just crawled in there. What am I supposed to do? squish it and have lady bug intestines all over my boob! Nothing like this has ever happened to me before! i am like shaking my bra but it wont come out!!!!
